A passenger of an autorickshaw, Lesborlang Mawlein (18/M) sustained injuries when the vehicle overturned on a turning after it skidded near the main gate at ICAR on the Shillong by-pass road on September 7 at 4:58 P.M. The autorickshaw was heading towards Umsning from Umroi after the weekly market when the accident happened.
A Mahindra Bolero pick-up truck loaded with log overturned on a turning at Mawlai Mawtawar, Shillong on September 6 at 6:21 P.M injuring one person, Ribokstar Nongrang (26/M).
A motorist and a cyclist sustained injuries in a collision between a motorbike and a cycle at Laskarpara Hajong under Tikrikilla Block, West Garo Hills on September 6 at 2:33 P.M. The motorist has been identified as Bhrony Rabha (38/M) and the cyclist, Rabid Marak (24/M).
lIn all the above cases, the injured persons were later shifted to the hospitals and other health centres by the 108 Ambulance located in various parts of the state.
