SHILLONG: Ngamlin Hopkin scored four goals to help Mawprem hand Lumpyngngad a 5-0 thrashing in a Third Division match at Polo Grounds on Monday.
Hopkin’s goals came in the eighth, 10th, 12th and 52nd minutes before Wanbor Lyngkhoi added another in the 64th.
Meanwhile, Hermoone Langstieh’s 23rd minute goal was enough for Qualapaty to defeat Marbisu.
In another match, Umlyngka walked away with three points, beating Laitkor 2-0 through goals from Lambor Nongsiej (40th) and Justinwell Lyngkhoi (70th).
On Tuesday, Mawkriah West will face Lummawbah at 12:15pm, while Risa Colony will play Nongmensong at 2pm.
Nongsohphoh then take on Sanmer at 4pm.
All matches will be played at Polo Grounds.
