JOWAI: A youth identified as Sasting Bhoi of Lapangap village in West Jaintia Hills district was allegedly stabbed on his back and was rushed to Civil Hopistal, Ialong which later referred him to KJPA hospital Jowai for proper treatment.
Sources informed that one Morning Bamon (29) of Khimusniang Jowai stabbed him on his back and immediately Jowai Police arrested him. “It was around 3:40 pm when Bhoi was attacked with a sharp weapon near Blue Heaven Restaurant Jowai”, a source said.
