Militant outfit appeals to SoO outfits to follow rules

Imphal: Militant groups which have signed the Suspension of Operation (SoO) have been appealed to follow the ground rules.

Manipur Deputy Chief Minister Gaikhangam has appealed to the rebels not to resort to violent and unlawful activities. The Kuki National Liberation Front (KNLF) and some other Manipur-based outfits had surrendered to the state government recently. (UNI)
