SHILLONG: As part of the Durga Puja celebration, Hathat Colony Durga Puja Committee will organise Aarti Competition in memory of Late Subhasis (Himu) Endaw on October 12 at 7 pm and a recitation competition (English, Hindi, Bengali) in memory of Late Kulada Prashad Bhattacharjee on October 6 at 2 pm.
Other competitions include – Art (Oct 6 at 10 am), Rangoli (Alpona) (Oct 10 at 5 pm), Ideal Husband and Wife (Oct 10 at 5 pm), Go-As-You-Like (Fancy Dress) (Oct 11 at 10 am), Musical Chair (Oct 11 at 10 am), Shongkho Dhoni (Shell blowing) (Oct 13 at 7 pm). Competition will start from Oct 6 at Chandradhar Sanskriti Bhavan.
