TURA: In a bizarre incident, masked gunmen barged into separate houses and kidnapped three local labourers from their respective places close to the National Highway connecting Bajengdoba with Tura in North Garo Hills district on Sunday night.

According to police, five to seven men armed with country-made guns including pistols forcibly took away at gunpoint Jewelin Marak of Bollonggre Apal village, Green Marak and Jimba Marak of Ronggopgre village to an unkown destination shortly after 11:30pm.
