Kohima: The Nagaland University Non-Teaching Staff Association (NUNTSA) has decided to go on a one-day mass casual leave on Thursday.

In a statement, NUNTSA General Secretary Niyalo Apon said the decision was taken at an emergency meeting held Tuesday and all Nagaland University campuses would observe the mass casual leave.

Their demands include immediate implementation of UGC pay scale; uniform service conditions and representation in decision making bodies like senate, syndicate, court and council, the statement said. (UNI)
