Training programme held

SHILLONG: The Meghalaya State Scout and Guide Fellowship organized a training programme on ‘Food processing and preservation Technology’ for the members of the association in collaboration with the team of officers and staff of the Horticulture Department on October 4 at the state headquarters of the Bharat Scout and Guides.

Around 30 enthusiastic participants took part in theory and practical training which included the making of jam, marmalade, different juices and preparation of pickles.
