SHILLONG: On Oct 12 at around 1.20 pm, Pee Lamarai (60), Headman of Khlieh Umwang, Block-II and President of Hynniewtrep Peoples’ Federation of Assam (HPFA), was admitted at Civil Hospital, Shillong with head injuries. He was brought to the hospital from a jungle near Motinagar, Shillong.
As his condition deteriorated, he was shifted to NEIGRIHMS by his relatives where his condition is stated to be critical.
