SHILLONG: In view of the dawn-to-dusk bandh called by different NGOs on October 17, the inaugural programme of the Autumn Flower Show 2013 scheduled on Thursday has been cancelled. The participation for cut flower arrangement has also been postponed to October 18 at 8 am.
