Announcement for Monolith festival

The president of Khasi states, N Syiemiong has urged the various traditional heads including the Sirdar, Lyngdoh, Wahadadar bad other Khlieh Nongsynshar to make a formal announcement in their respective Hima/Elaka about the “Monolith Festival” to be held at “Law Kyntang”, Mawph-lang on October 24 and 25. In a statement issued here on Friday, Syiemiong also urged the various NGOs not to hold agitations during the days of the festival.
