Bus schedule during bandh notified

SHILLONG: In view of the 36-hour bandh called by the banned militant outfit, HNLC from October 21 till 22, the district administration of East Khasi Hills has arranged conveyance for government servants to attend offices on the said dates.

The buses will ply from 9:30am onwards from Happy Valley via Madanrting, Nongthymmai, St Edmund’s, Dhankheti, Barik to IGP then from Rynjah via Pohkseh, Nongrim Hills, Laitumkhrah to IGP then from Mawiong via Mawlai Petrol Pump, Mawdatbaki, Mawlai Mawroh, Golflink, Polo to IGP then from Mawprem Karbom via District Council point, Motphran, Khyndai Lad, Kachari to IGP, and from Laban via Last Stop, Bishnupur, Kench’s Trace to IGP.

The buses will also ply from Nongmynsong via Demseiniong, Polo to IGP, then from Jaiaw Mawbynna via Raitsamthiah, Wahingdoh, Umsohsun, Khyndai Lad to IGP, then from Malki via Malki point, Barik to IGP, then from Lawsohtun via Bishnupur, Last Stop, Rhino Point to IGP, then from Lumparing via Madan Laban, Last Stop, Rhino Point to IGP, then from 7th Mile in Upper Shillong via 5th Mile, 4th Mile, 3rd Mile, Lummawbah, Rilbong Point, Rhino Point to IGP, then from Mawpat via Langkyrding Mihngi, Lumshyiap, Golflink, Polo to IGP and from Pynthorbah via Lad Shyiap, Golflink, Polo to IGP.
