Theft

On the night of October 19, unknown miscreants broke into the godown of one Vivek Prasad at Rongjeng Bazar (EGH) and stole grocery items valued around Rs. 3,90,000.

On the night of October 18, unknown miscreants stole a motorcycle (ML-07A-6440) belonging to one Polin Momin from Gabil Bisa (EGH).

Assault/ threat cases

On October 19 at about 8 pm, Jemmon Suiam assaulted his daughter, Emiki Ieisuk Papang at Mukhap village (WJH) and also threatened her family members with dire consequences. As a result, the victim sustained injuries and admitted at CHC Ialong.

On October 15, one Marius Suja threatened his wife, Beril Lakhon with dire consequences at Muphlang village (WJH).

Cheating case

One Stephen Ch. Momin lodged a complaint at Tura PS that in the year 2012, one Sopon M. Marak had cheated him of Rs. 28,400 by luring him to invest in Jivan Sridhi Medical Marketing Ltd., but failed to repay the matured amount.
