SHILLONG: Hynniewtrep Achik National Movement (HANM) has threatened to launch agitations if its leader Arphul Kharbani, who was arrested under MPDA, is not released by 9 am on Monday. Earlier, the NGO had set a 48-hour deadline for Government to release Khabani, who is the president of HANM’s West Khasi Hills unit.
