Village council clarifies on imposter

SHILLONG: Jhalupara Village Council has clarified that Subhash Chakraborty who was arrested for imposing as an IPS officer is not a resident to Jhalupara.

“His residence where the police conducted the raid is at Harijan Colony, Cantonment,” the village council said.
