SHILLONG: The State Planning Board would review the plan expenditures and progress of various grant-in-aid schemes being implemented by the three Autonomous District Councils (ADCs) during its meeting scheduled to be held on December 5.

The meeting, convened by the SPB co-chairman John Kharshiing, is also likely to review the current function, strengths and organisational structure of the three ADCs.

“We are planning to review the list of all codified Bills passed by the ADCs and pending clearance of the State Government,” Kharshiing said here on Tuesday.

Meanwhile, the SPB would also be reviewing progress of various important road projects including the four laning of the Shillong-Guwahati road and the Shillong-Nongstoin-Tura road in another meeting to be held on December 6.
