SHILLONG: Police on Wednesday arrested one Andy Sawain (30) of Chinnapatty Malki for assaulting and threatening Constable E. Sohshang of Meghalaya Police at Fire brigade- Motinagar Shillong on Tuesday night. He has been remanded to three days police custody.
