Theft

lOne PR Chakraborty lodged a complaint that while he was out of station, unknown miscreants broke into his house at Jail Road, Shillong and stole Rs. 5,000 and other household items.

lPolice arrested one Manoj Pradhan alias Rajib Thapa (27) of Polo who was involved in the theft of HP scanner and other items from Meghalaya Rural Bank, Golf Link on November 6.

lOne Gulash Boro lodged a complaint that on December 3 at around 9 am, while he was proceeding from Assam towards Shallang in a vehicle (ML-09A-4395) unidentified armed miscreants looted Rs. 18,000 and a cell-phone at Kamriangsih village (WKH). In connection with the case, Police arrested Chamseng (22), Paul M. Sangma (23), Doja G. Sangma (26) and Namseng R. Marak (20) from Kamriangsih.

Arrest

On December 7, Police arrested one Synshar Wanbah (19) a co-accused in connection with the assault of two labourers at Shella (EKH) on December 3.
