SHILLONG: GVK EMRI has been awarded as one of the winners in the 4th E Northeast awards in the E- Health category. The event is organized by NEDF (North East Development Forum) & Department of IT (Government of Arunachal Pradesh). The award function was held on the December 13 in Itanagar, Arunachal Pradesh.
The selection process for the winners was done in two phases. The jury chose the finalist from amongst all the nomination received at Indian Habitat Centre, New Delhi whereupon the winners were then invited to Itanagar on the day of the function. As one of the finalists, GVK EMRI State head made a presentation to the jury on the work in general, the progress and achievements of GVK EMRI services in Assam and Meghalaya.
