SHILLONG: An accused who was arrested for demanding sex tried to commit suicide inside the Sadar Police Station but luckily he survived.
A woman had lodged a complaint at Shillong Sadar Police Station that her husband Robin Chettri (53) had made sexual advances and demanded sex from his step-daughter (18) since the year 2011. The accused was shifted to CHS for treatment.
