SHILLONG: East Khasi Hills SP M Kharkrang has appealed all motorists to obey all the traffic rules and regulations and not to park their vehicles haphazardly during the preparation for the forthcoming Christmas Festival celebration.
“Though movement of traffic is expected to be slow, but the problem gets compounded if motorists disobey traffic rules like illegal parking and over taking,” Kharkrang said.
