SHILLONG: Police have recovered the body of an elderly lady from a forest on Monday.
The body of Wadtimon Nongkynrih (79) was recovered near Iew Shillong, Laitlyngkot , East Khasi Hills
Police said that the body has been sent for post-mortem and after the post-mortem only it will be clear if it was a case of murder.
The elderly lady has been reportedly missing since December 11.
