Planning dept seeks papers

SHILLONG: The state planning department has asked respective departments to submit the papers related to plan proposals for 2014-15 by January 10. According to a letter issued, the Planning Commission sought the plan document of Meghalaya for 2014-15 by January 24. The plan size for 2013-14 was Rs 4,151 cr, which is 17.4 pc higher than the last fiscal.
