Shillong Jailbreak probe

SHILLONG: The State Government has paid a whopping Rs 2. 91 crore to as many as ten Government counsels  led by senior Supreme Court advocate KTS Tulsi to  defend the police in the Shillong jail break case during the hearing of Justice SP Rajkhowa  Judicial Inquiry Commission.
