SHILLONG: An SCA First Division Cricket League match between Lumpyngngad SC and Lumdiengjri CC ended in a low-scoring tie at the Cricket Ground, Polo, on Tuesday.
Choosing to bat first after winning the toss, Lumpyngngad made 115/7 in 35 overs.
Barry Rymbai scored 36 runs with four fours, while Benjamin Alistair Rymbai took two wickets for eight runs off five overs.
In reply, Lumdiengjri were restricted to 115 for the loss of nine wickets in their 35 overs.
Pynkup Bonney top-scored with 30 runs with two fours and a six.
After his good performance with the bat, Barry Rymbai returned with the ball to claim four wickets in seven overs, conceding 21 runs.
The next match will be between Super Division teams Lawmali PSC and TnT Sputnik at 9:00am.
