SHILLONG: KHNAM Mawlai Circle will hold a public rally at Basic School, Mawlai Nongkwar, on January 10 at 1 pm to discuss matters related to the upcoming district council elections.
The meeting is aimed at enlightening the people on the party’s stand on issues concerning the indigenous people of the State.
The KHNAM Mawlai Circle may confirm the candidature of former Mawlai MLA Process T Sawkmie from Mawlai to contest the elections slated for last week of February.
The party unit has urged the local residents to attend the meeting.
