SHILLONG: The UDP has decided to field Habrian Lyngdoh to contest from Mawkyrwat for the KHADC polls. The party leader Allantry F Dkhar informed on Sunday that Lyngdoh is from the second list of candidates. Other names of the second list will be released soon, Dkhar added.
