United XI win by 69 runs in SCL

SHILLONG: United XI bowler Rajendra GC took four wickets as his team defeated Royal CC by 69 runs in a league match of the SCA Super Division Cricket League at the Cricket Ground, Polo, on Saturday.

Royal CC won he toss and put United XI into bat first.

United XI were bowled out for 190 in 35.3 overs with Yogesh Tiwari scoring 67 runs with six fours and a six.

Sushan took 3/36 in 7.3 overs, while Rajiv Ray claimed 3/37 in 7.

In reply, Royal CC were all out for 121 in 33.4 overs.

Binay Rai made 37 runs with two fours with Rajendra bagging 4/26 in eight overs.

In the next match, on Sunday, Aurobindo CC take on TNT Sputnik CC at 9:00am in the Super Division.
