Mithu Saha, son of Amulya Saha and Mira Saha from Tikirikilla, West Garo Hills has been awarded PhD for his thesis “Synthesis of novel heterocycles by the application of Knoevenagel condensation, Michael addition and nanoparticles catalyzed reactions”. He has completed his PhD under the supervision of Dr AK Pal, Department of Chemistry, NEHU.
