SHILLONG: After filing a complaint with the Meghalaya Governor Dr KK Paul, Tennydard Mark, who had earlier moved court challenging the scheduled tribe status of Chief Minister Dr Mukul Sangma, has now lodged a complaint before the President of India asking him to initiate action to verify ST status of the Chief Minister. He shot off a complaint letter recently.
