SHILLONG: Pay for Right Y&CC will organise the 1st Meghalaya Invitation Local Football Tournament at Madan Malki from March 21.
In a statement issued here, the club general secretary Rilang Mylliempdah said that the tournament is being held as part of the commemorations of the 10th anniversary of the club.
The cash prize for the winners is Rs 50,000 with Rs 25,000 for the runners-up.
Mylliempdah said that the tournament will be organised on a knock-out system.
Interested teams are requested to confirm their participation by February 21, he said, while also adding that there will not be any restrictions on Super Division players taking part in the tournament.
