The Meghalaya Power Distribution Corporation Limited has rescheduled the timing of load shedding (9am to 11am and 3pm to 5pm) in the whole of Mawprem, (Upper & Lower), Qualapaty, Sunny Hills, Parts of Jaiaw Langsning, KHADC, Lumdiengjri, Lama Villa, Mission, Part of Mawkhar, Mawbah, Iewduh, Lumsohphoh, Wahthapbru, Lower Lummawbah, Parmaw.
The load shedding for Ganesh Das Hospital, Quinton Road, Pegasus, parts of Police Bazar, MUDA, Police Reserve and adjoining areas has also be rescheduled and the new timing is 2am to 4am and 8am to 10am.

Free Taekwondo classes for girls (1 month) will be organised by the Nehru Yuva Kendra, Shillong and Deputy Commissioner, Shillong in collaboration with Meghalaya Moonlight Taekwondo Academy, Jhalupara.
