Threat case

lGarnet Dkhar lodged a complaint at Jowai PS that her son Heirlomi Dkhar threatened her and her daughter with dire consequences at Ladthalaboh, Jowai (WJH).

lA woman lodged a complaint at Shillong Sadar PS that on February 10 at about 5 pm, her ex-husband Welldonald Rani, forcibly took her from DC office, Shillong to Mawiong, where he threatened her and her family members with dire consequences.

Assault

lOn February 13 at about 9am, one Spereslin Marngar assaulted his wife viz., Testiful Paliar at Nongspung village (WKH), causing injuries to her.

lOn February 12 at about 12:30 am, unidentified miscreants stabbed Ngaitlang Papeng with a knife at Jowai (WJH).

Molestation

On February 12 around 7 pm, four persons, Md. Ashraful Haque (21), Md. Nurul Haque (32), a boy (17) and Md. Jamal Haque, molested an eighteen-year-old girl at Upper Lumparing, Shillong. Police have detained the accused.

Damage to property

Company Commander of D Coy 36 Bn. BSF Gasuapara lodged a complaint at Gasuapara OP that on February 11 at about 5.15 am, unknown miscreants cut down a standing tree near BP No. 1125/45 (SGH), which fell on the border fencing causing extensive damage to the fencing.

Theft

Ibanri Lyngdoh lodged a complaint at Shillong Sadar PS that on December 17, 2013, unknown miscreants stole one Projector from Room No. 107, BSNL office, Shillong.

Arrest

Police arrested one Sniawlangmi Lapasam (25) in connection with a murder case under Jowai PS.
