Complaint lodged against city resident in Bangalore

SHILLONG: An FIR was lodged in Bangalore against one Nancy Zarzohlu Keivom Senior Branch Manager, Bank of Baroda Jowai and her brother Samuel Keivom for allegedly harassing Nancy’s husband, a Bangalore resident, his mother and children.

The complaint was lodged in the wake of alleged harassment of Esther Moses, her Son Paul Moses who is the husband of Nancy, and her minor daughter Kesya Moses.

The complaint also mentions about racial intimidation against Moses and family.

According to the FIR filed by the relatives of Moses, Gabriel Moses aged 2 years and 7 months who is the son of Moses, was forcefully taken away by Nancy and she along with her accomplices also took way the belongings of the family.

The complaint also said that the whereabouts of Gabriel Moses is not known. There are also allegations that at on receiving a legal notice from Bangalore, Nancy and others have created a fake facebook profile of her minor daughter Kesya Moses aged 15 years and threatened the girl with dire consequences.

The matter was reported to the Human Rights Commission and also to the Childs Rights Commission in Karnataka.

The legal notice which was served to Nancy on February 5 said that if Nancy and others do not return Gabriel Moses within 14 days, a case will be filed in Meghalaya High Court.
