ANVC(B) yet to get designated camp

SHILLONG: The State government is yet to create a designated camp for ANVC (B) and its cadres are scattered all over for want a safer place to reside.

In a statement issued here on Thursday, ANVC-B said that the group submitted the list of cadres but the government dilly dally in setting up of designated camps is causing inconveniences to its cadres.

The outfit stated that ANVC(B ) cadres are helplessly scattered and there is nothing the outfit can do for the safety of its members since nothing constructive is coming out from the government side.

The statement said, “We called our cadres to come out from jungle on assurance but failure to provide a designated camp on time has scared them.”
