SHILLONG: The Court of Special Judge, (NDPS) Shillong convicted one Lalthazuali Ralte U/S 21 NDPS Act for six months. Police had recently raided the rented house of Lalthazuali Ralte and recovered 2 grams Heroin from her possession.
