Following the clearance from the Law department, the Directorate of School Education and Literacy will issue a notice to the tainted teachers after the District Council elections.
While 53 teachers will lose their jobs in Shillong, as many as 92 teachers will become ‘jobless’ in Jowai. 37 teachers are set be terminated in Amlarem, 21 in Tura and 43 in Dadenggre.
