SHILLONG: GSU leader from Mendal in North Garo Hills district, Dreambirth G Momin,  who was kidnapped from Dobetkolgre locality of Williamnagar on Monday  was released unharmed by suspected militants on Thursday at Samanda, East Garo Hills. It may  be mentioned that on March  10 around 7.30 pm,  five-six armed miscreants abducted the GSU leader from his house at Dawamronggittim village under Williamnagar PS (EGH). According to police, the abductors had demanded a ransom of Rs. 10 lakh for his safe release.
