SHILLONG: FKJGP Nongthymmai circle has criticized the Syiem of Mylliem for issuing a No Objection Certificate to a non-tribal fruit seller at RR Colony, Rynjah.
FKJGP Nongthymmai Circle president W Tariang said that the Syiem of Mylliem issued the NOC on his own without bothering to inform either the KHADC or the Rynjah Dorbar Shnong.
“We urge the KHADC to take note of this illegal issue of NOC by the Syiem of Mylliem,” Tariang said.
