SHILLONG: A meeting will be held at the office of Meghalaya State Electricity Regulatory Commission (MSERC) on March 19 so that people affected by the sudden hike in power tariff can air their grievances.
Informing this, CSWO president Agnes Kharshiing said on Thursday that the people especially those affected by the sudden inflation of electricity bills can attend the meeting at the office of MSERC from 12 noon to voice their grievances. “The public may also seek answers as to why the erstwhile MeSEB was renamed MeECL, when accounts were not yet cleared,” Kharshiing said.
