JOWAI: At least 20 members of the Scouts and Guides, West Jaintia Hills District started the Systematic Voters Education Electors Participation (SVEEP) campaign in various part of the District.
The, District Secretary Scouts and Guides, O Laloo informed that the main objective of the campaign was to attract qualified voters and to encourage youngsters who are eligible to vote to enroll themselves in the e-roll and exercise their franchise with responsibility.
