SHILLONG: In a shocking incident, a mother abandoned her two minor children from Nongbah, Nongstoin, West Khasi Hills on March 11.
According to police, one Tarson Lyngdoh recovered two minor children of Testiful Paliar from Nongbah, Nongstoin (WKH) who were abandoned by their mother.
The two minor children were handed over to their maternal aunt Sinolis Paliar at Domsohksoin, Nongstoin.
