SHILLONG: The CSWO on Tuesday lodged a complaint with the State Vigilance Commissioner against the Under Secretary Governor NK Arjun and demanded an investigation. CSWO president Agnes Kharshiing alleged that he took full advantage of his post and got supplies in his firm’s name M/S Arjun Studio since his firm is the official photographer of the Governor’s function. CSWO also questioned the sudden promotion given to him and alleged that there was no notification in the Gazette on the appointment of NK Arjun as the permanent superintendent in the Governor’s Secretariat.
