Yog Sapth
Patanjali Yog Samiti and Bharat Swabhiman Trust, East Khasi Hills will celebrate Yog Sapth from March 17 -23 and during the period, free yoga classes will be organized and a yog Mahotsave will also be held on March 23 at Cantonment School Ground from 3-5 pm.
Therapy camp
Marwari Panchayat, Shillong is organizing a 10 day aqua pressure and sujok therapy camp for the betterment of the public in large at Shree Rajasthan Vishram Bhawan, luckier Road, Shillong from March 21 to March 30. The camp will be operated under Dr. Shiv Kumar Tiwari from Chandigarh.
