Selsella public rally rescheduled

TURA: The public rally in Selsella demanding a separate Garoland State by the Garo Hills State Movement Committee (GHSMC) which was proposed to be held in the month of April has been rescheduled to May 9.
The Vice Chairman of the GHSMC, Selsella, Harley N Sangma informed in a statement that the proposed rally in April was rescheduled on account of the upcoming Lok Sabha Elections and Easter celebrations. While informing that the GHSMC would organize the same in other parts of Garo Hills as well, Sangma urged community leaders, Nokmas, leaders of the Church, citizens and different NGO leaders to participate without fail.
