Itanagar: The Congress in Arunachal Pradesh has lodged a complaint with the Election Commission against Narendra Modi alleging that the BJP leader has breached the Model Code of Conduct “threatening” Chief Minister Nabam Tuki at an election rally here last month.
A delegation of state Congress submitted a complaint and demanded Modi’s apology in this connection.
Modi, during a rally here on March 31, said that Tuki would face various challenges after May 16 as there would be no one in Delhi to help him. (PTI)
