SHILLONG: In an alleged case of cheating, a woman lodged a complaint that one Jonathan Sohkhlet aka Richard Swer who had claimed to be an IPS Officer had enticed her into a relationship in February 2013 and had since abandoned her after fathering a child with her.
The impostor had abandoned the woman at their residence at Mawlai Nongkwar Block-V on the pretext of leaving for training.
