Complaint lodged against illegal druggist

SHILLONG: One person who was detected selling Dextrose 500 mg tablets and injections to patients without medical prescription at Ulubaripara, South West Garo Hills has allegedly threatened the Inspector of Drugs.

Police said that on April 10, John W Warjri, Inspector of Drugs, Government of Meghalaya lodged a complaint at Mahendraganj PS that one Dijendra Hajong was detected selling Dextrose 500 mg tablets and injections to the patients without medical prescription at Ulubaripara (SWGH).

The accused threatened the Inspector of Drugs.
