Pregnant woman raped in city

Shillong: In a shocking incident, a labourer allegedly raped a three months pregnant woman (aged 19 years) at Anjalee Hall on Monday morning.

Police on Wednesday informed that the incident occurred at around 10.45 am, when the victim was working at the construction site at Anjalee Hall. The accused, also a labourer, has since been absconding.
The victim has been admitted at a city hospital, police informed.
