SHILLONG: 27 cases were detected and Rs 10500 was realised as fine during the special drive by Shillong Traffic Police against headlights with high intensity bulbs on Friday.
In addition, the vehicles were asked to report to traffic branch on Saturday to indicate that such bulbs have been removed.
